Operations Co-ordinator

An Operations Co-ordinator needed for an award winning Broadcast Design agency in London.

A sizeable opportunity to further develop your career within the broadcast space and provide crucial support to a globally recognised broadcast creative team.

As the Operations Co-ordinator for this agency, some of your responsibilities will include (there’s plenty more);
- Supporting a large design team
- Attending and supporting on shoots,
- Planning and organising workload,
- Managing temp staff,
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Team diary management
- Maintain communications between key staff
- Conducting several administrative tasks
- Reporting to the Operations Manager

Being a small operations team means you’ll be exposed to a lot, and indeed will learn a great deal. But it also requires someone with a can-do attitude, someone able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Someone happy with basic admin tasks but also able to step up cover senior members of team when required. There’s so much involved and lots of scope to develop your career within broadcast operations.

This is a full-time role in London,
Salary on offer stands between £22k and £26k depending on experience,
