Wreck-It Ralph Credits

February 18, 2013 blog No Comments

Over the weekend I indulged my gamer side and watched the highly recommended Wreck-It Ralph. If you were born in the 80′s and played video-games, then it’s pretty much the law that you have to go watch it! Chock-a-bloc with great references and details.
However, one thing that really stuck out to me was how great the credits sequence was, so much so that I actually stayed behind to specifically watch them! Pitch perfect design / art direction and affectionately animated, you can watch them over and over, and always find something new.
Created in house at Disney in 6 weeks using a mixture of sprits animated in Photoshop, inserted into Maya.
Great job Animation department!
